3.2: Session Guidance: Who Responds to What?– Institutional Roles in Practice

Methodology and Learning Process

This session should be delivered through guided visual scenarios and trainer-led explanation. The aim is to help participants quickly recognise which department or institution must be involved in different child-related situations.

Step 1: Opening Orientation – Framing the Session

Trainer Action

State clearly: “In many child-related cases, police action is correct, but the response fails because of lack of understanding or it is too late.”

Then add:

“This session helps you quickly identify who else must be involved in different situations.”

Step 2: Explaining the Mapping Logic

Explain briefly: “For each situation, we will answer one question: Which department or institution must be involved, in addition to police?”
